Miami-Dade ADU is based on the belief that South Florida homeowners deserve an easier way to add space to their homes legally, safely and more easily. Our mission is to help our customers prolong the life of their homes, increase their property values and love where they live.
Founder and Lead Architect
Daniel "Dan" Villa, AIA
Dan grew up in Coral Gables and lived out-of-state before returning home to be near his family again.
As an architect, his experience has ranged from commercial to multi-family. He now focuses on single-family residential renovations and additions.
Dan is also a part-time instructor at Gold Coast Schools School of Construction. His students are amazing and inspiring!
Project Manager and Architect
Melissa Bonfil
Like many South Floridians, Melissa grew up in Argentina and now calls Miami home.
Before settling here she earned her Architecture degrees at the University of Michigan and worked for several years in Panama.
