Our Simple Process

  1. Complete our ADU contact form below. Tell us what you're looking for and request a complementary assessment for your property. We'll also send you a link to schedule your introductory phone call.

  2. Speak with us in a one-on-one introductory phone call. After you've received your assessment we'll offer you a free consultation to answer your questions and discuss what we can do for you. 

  3. Site evaluation. After our phone call we'll determine the ADU location on your property.  We do this with an in-person site meeting and an analysis of your property survey.  The goal is to determine where zoning rules allow the ADU to be located and how large it can be.  After the site evaluation we'll provide you with options for your ADU and a price estimate for your plan set.

  4. Design and permitting. At this stage we complete your permit drawings. We make adjustments to the plans, add your property information to the plans, and hire engineers to produce engineering drawings and calculations.  Once complete, the permit drawings are ready to be submitted as part of your building permit application.  We are happy to offer permit expediting services as well.  In the event that the plans receive comments from the building or zoning departments we address the comments and make the required revisions, free of charge.
