Speak with us in a one-on-one introductory phone call. After you've received your assessment we'll offer you a free consultation to answer your questions and discuss what we can do for you. After the call we'll provide you with the full quote for your plan set. After payment of a small deposit we'll send you a link to schedule an on-site meeting. 

Meet with us at your property. During the meeting we'll determine the ADU's location on your property, finalize your plan selection, customizations, and options.

Permitting. At this stage we complete your permit drawings. Specifically, we add your property information to our pre-engineered plan sets, and make adjustments according to your customizations. Once complete, the permit drawings are ready to be submitted as part of your building permit application. We are happy to offer permit expediting services as well. In the event that the plans receive comments from the building or zoning departments we address the comments and make the required revisions, free of charge. 

Construction. After you have chosen a GC and your building permit application is approved you are ready to build! Don't fear- you are not alone. Miami-Dade ADU can stay with you along the way as your advocate and resource.
