Our Loft Plus offers a lot in a tiny package. Not only does this ADU offer a "tiny-home" style sleeping loft, it also offers a room on the ground floor that can be used as a den, bedroom, office, or more.

The open living area has a double height ceiling, so the space feels big in spite of its size.

Additionally, the front patio provides an outdoor space for occupants. The patio is standard with this design.
